i got bored today! hehehehe these are pictures from my crappy mac web cam thingy. I really need a decent camera.

today we will be discussing
a clockwork orange!
and the rest will be in orange because I can't get it to go back to black haha. So I watched this movie a couple of months ago because I was going through a watching weird movies phase and I knew we had to read the book for school next year. I liked it a lot except for the fact that it ruined the song singing in the rain for me forever........ and the violence was really violent. But the ending was a little disappointing because Alex didn't learn his lesson mannnnnnn. and it seemed like he was just going to return to his life of violence. But today when I was reading the intro of the book which was written by the author which I got on friday which said the following:
that the u.s. version publisher person took out the last chapter where Alex realizes that violence is not the answer and the movie just went off the u.s. version. I was happy that the book actually ended a nice way. It's nice to have that cleared up anyways. It's still a great movie though. pictures!

today I got my class schedule all sorted out with my counselor....I'm so excited for next year. It's gonna be oodles of fun. These are the classes I'm going to take:


1. English (by force)
2. History or economics or whatever (by force)
3. aerobics (i screwed up half a year of p.e. 2 years ago, haha)
4. Design Craft!
5. Photography!
6. Choir!

yeah it's super exciting and then the next year I'll be off to college in long beach living with my pals. I seriously can't wait. But I'm sort of scared to leave my mom, even though I know she's been dying to get me out of the house I know I'll miss her. We have established that we're going to talk over skype in order to maintain communication. I'm not one of those people who doesn't like their mom, i LOVE my mommyyy hehehehe. so yeah, that'll be hard. :( wah.

nothings been going on I've been sick for the last couple of days and all last night and all this morning when I couldn't sleep I had a that '70s show marathon! Which was good and everything but the lack of sleep made me forget that today was a late-start day so I got to school an hour and a half earlier than I needed to. So I hung around outside the school perimeter and got attacked by ants which was unpleasant.

it reminds me of a piece of art on my dads friends wall that i really liked. She bought a print for me but I haven't hung it up because now it makes me sad haha. 

realization of the day: I should try being nicer. I'm shy to begin with so that probably has something to do with the fact that I probably seem sort of mean to people who try to talk to me, but I've noticed when people start getting to know me I detach myself from them. I even start to drift away from the people I'm actually close to. So my goal is to try to prevent that from happening.

Since I got a computer of my own, I have been going on youtube sort of obsessively. I've been watching all of alex days (nerimon) videos which are hilarious and I've also been watching a lot of covers because I like covers and how different people do different covers. These guys VVV are insanely good and I can only hope to be as good as them one day

so today is the last day of break. I hate school. 

Dear boy you never do become aware

so today I went to the central library and got these cd's:
dirty pretty things, broken social scene, animal collective, LCD soundsystem, black moth super rainbow, the pains of being pure at heart, young love (mistake), arcade fire, ok go, and sufjan stevens!
pretty excited mayyynnne. 
I'm in the middle of putting all of them on my computer and they're giving it a heart attack :( there's too many scratches on them or something and they're making weird noises in the disk drive thing...

its me complaining that I don't know how to drive when I could easily just stop being lazy and learn 
and what I would do/where I would go if I could drive


1.i really want to be able to drive wahhhhhhh
2.If I could drive I would go on a road trip with my friends. I've been on road trips before and they're fun and everything, but when you do them with adults do things like go to the museum of natural history or go humpback whale watching or some stuff like that. Which is nice and all, but i think it would be way more fun to drive around with your friends seeing new places in the sun the snow the wind having fun meeting other people and going places that pertain to your age group. 
3.I would go to the grocery store (presuming i magically have money) and buy non health food store wheaty stuff. 
4.I would go to shows with ma friends
5.I would drive to the beach
6.I would drive aimlessly around
7.I would play music in my car which is something I'm really looking forward to
